Tatters of the King Chapter 1 NPC WoD Conversion

I'm converting NPCs from BRP to the World of Darkness system for my Tatters of the King campaign.  I'm not going to include any personality details or plot information here as you can find that in the book.  You will, however, read the attributes, skills, and powers that such NPCs have so if you're a player you shouldn't be read this.  Some of these NPCs have derangements.  As I'm not a big fan of the mechanical side of WoD derangements, I sometimes list the actual forms on insanity they have here rather than ones with WoD mechanics.  There will also be the occasional instance where I justify why I chose a non-human type for them although I will generally avoid this.  I also haven't converted *every* NPC because you should be able to make up any appropriate stats for many of them.  You can find other articles on the conversion over here.

Visionary Dreams.  He has incredible occult insights during his dreams where he learns more about the Hastur Mythos, such as how to summon Carcosa and call Hastur.
Unnatural Attraction.  Investigators who might find him attractive find him strangely appealing.  He gains a +2 bonus to all social rolls made to such individuals.  The individual must also roll Resolve + Composure.  On a failure, they develop a crush on him.
