Appearance: A cute kid who appears to be around 16 years of age with a young face and a slim build whose hair is an icy white cut in whatever happens to be fashionable at the time.  He has big, bright blue eyes, pale skin, and his clothing (generally in winter colours) always has a pattern of frost across it.  He has a very expressive face that feigns emotion quite well and a voice that seems both friendly and, at times, rather pleading.
