Autopsy Report Template

A while ago I designed this for the use of my players for when they did a blow-by-blow autopsy. Yeah, that's the kind of way I roll. Unfortunately, I never had a chance to use them as there was rarely a good point to take them through it step by step. So I figured I'd give you all a chance to use it. Feel free to share it around - just mention who did it and where you got it. Also, please let me know in the Comments if you used it, how, and if it worked out.

  1. I don't do real autopsies, but I used these templates as clues for a local Library Murder Mystery and filled them out accordingly to the best of my ability. Thanks so much for putting the time into that!

  2. I'm creating a sort of Alternate reality game based around a series of murders. Part of the evidence will naturally be autopsy reports these will be really useful as inspiration if nothing else! Thanks a lot :)

  3. Hello,

I first want to thank you for your amazing work. It helped me a lot for my scenarios. And I'd like to get the word version to translate it in french, cause I'm french and not all my players speak currently english. Would it be possible ?

  6. I used the template as a guide to creating a simpler one for a murder mystery I'm planning. And I used your picture of the body front and back. Thanks for posting this!

  7. Thank you for allowing the use of these forms - it has saved me so much time! I am a high school teacher and am using these as one of the forms that students have to complete in solving a mock crime for their final in a forensics class. Credit for the forms is given to you, of course :)

    1. Squee! That has got to be the highest compliment I've ever received. I'm helping a teacher aid students in understanding forensics! Now I can be really very proud.

  8. These are awesome and exactly what I needed. If only they were editable on-line. I'm going to try them in photoshop. Thanks for your hard work. I'll be using them in my game one way or another.

  10. Could I get the word templates for these? Myself and a small group would like something like this to help with note/tracking on murder mystery games that we play, and these are wonderful templates for it.
